Chelsea Stadium North Stand

The structural solution for the 10,000 seated grandstand includes a flying arch from the corner masts to support the 26m cantilever roof. Support facilities are housed within the stand which necessitated minimum floor structure depths. Composite structure allowed for a fast programme.
