House in Hampstead

The RIBA award winning modernist house tucked away in Hampstead, London. Includes a basement swimming pool and interesting use of structural glass for floors and staircases to draw daylight into all levels of the building. Vertical glass columns and beams support the entire structure with no visible metal connectors. The beams and columns are formed by three sheets of toughened glass laminated with polyvinylbutrate.
